Preparing For Formal School Learning
Our School Readiness Programme helps preschool children become confident, curious and active learners as they prepare for the transition to primary school. We focus on building strong foundations for the future by encouraging independence, resilience and a love of learning.
Skills For The Classroom
Children are supported to develop confidence in sharing their own opinions and understanding that their voice matters. We promote independence through everyday skills such as dressing themselves, putting on coats and shoes, and managing their own belongings.

Through fun listening and attention games, children strengthen the skills needed for the classroom. Friendship groups help build social connections and support children who may move on to the same primary schools.
We celebrate children’s achievements every step of the way, helping them feel proud when they learn something new. Children are also supported to recognise their own name for classroom pegs and resources, helping them feel confident and ready for school.

Sensory Room
Unlocking Learning Through Sensory Exploration Our Sensory Rooms provides a stimulating environment where children can investigate, explore, and absorb information through curiosity-led play. By engaging in open-ended discovery, children develop essential skills such as independence, concentration, fine motor skills, and imagination, while also building a foundation for early mathematical concepts. Sensory play enhances cognitive development, supports emotional regulation, and encourages a deeper connection to the world around them, making it a powerful tool in their learning journey.
Preschool Room
Our educators work closely with local schools to ensure a seamless transition and many of our activities at this stage revolve around ‘transition preparation’. At this age, educators allow children the space to invent ways of independently taking on tasks and preparing for their day.
Carefully planned days focus on different areas of interest for your child to investigate and provide opportunities to develop skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths (STEAM). Bespoke experiences support communication, social, and physical abilities to equip your child for the next phase of life and learning. Our Preschool rooms offer real-life resources that encourage your child to solve problems and develop complex role-play skills.
Educators are tuned in with your child’s development, identifying their strengths and working with them on areas to improve, ensuring a seamless transition to school.
