‘Yoga’ with Maya and Penny

Our Yoga Leads Maya and Penny brings calm and connection through Yoga.

Learning and Moving

Our Yoga sessions with Maya and Penny take place three times a week for all age groups at Ellie's, bringing calm, movement, and connection to the children’s day. Led by our Yoga Leads, Maya and Penny, these fun and gentle sessions encourage children to stretch, move, breathe, and relax.

Children love taking turns choosing different yoga poses, building confidence while enjoying movement in a playful and supportive environment. Yoga helps children feel calm, balanced, and ready to learn.
